It’s not ‘trying harder’, it’s being made new. A new heart that wants what God wants. That’s the freedom only Christ gives.

Pray with me May 4, 2026 Father, You said in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you.” So steady my heart. Replace anxiety with Your peace, and confusion with Your truth. Lord, breathe fresh hope into me. Let me see what You see, not just what I feel. Give me the strength to take the next step, even if it is small, trusting that You are ordering it. And as it says in Romans 15:13, fill me with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit I may overflow with hope. I trust You. Even here. Even now. In Jesus’ name, Amen

I just walked out of church after great service , and I can’t shake this feeling… we’re wasting way too much of the little time we’ve been given. Not because we’re lazy, but because we’re distracted by things that don’t matter. We stress over money, opinions, validation, social media… we hold onto resentment, bitterness, anger, things people said years ago, and none of it serves any purpose in God’s kingdom. None of it is coming with you when this life is over.

NEVER. SAY. DIE.

Dear God, Thank you for this day and for the life you’ve given me. Guide my thoughts, my words, and my actions. Give me strength when I feel weak, peace when I feel anxious, and wisdom when I face decisions. Help me to be kind, patient, and understanding with others.
