Yesterday marked the pre-test day, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to embark on this research project focused on high-speed sprinting. I am grateful to be working under the guidance and supervision of Professor @jb_morin at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.

📈Clinical Trial started today at Jean Monnet University in Saint Etienne. It compares velocity-based training with Traditional resistance training on neuromuscular voluntary activation. Results are expected in a month.📈
