@FlyWithIX Dear Air India Express, I am trying to book my airticket from SIN to IXM for the 1st December 2022. I get an error message saying ‘Transaction was blocked by the Payment Server because it did not pass all risk checks’. Have tried different cards/laptops. Pls help.

@OoredooCare @OoredooQatar Dear ooredoo, the issue is very general as it is the increase in charges by 30 riyal which is being forced on the landline customers across Qatar. You are forcing people to take Netflix or beIN as you want to charge QR 30 to millions of people, hence keeping your profit afloat.

Qatari authorities have indicated that stranded foreign nationals can apply for extension of visas until flights resume. This can be done either through the sponsors using the Metrash-2 App or through the website of the Ministry of Interior.

Both on-arrival and visit visas can be extended for one month after the expiration date electronically through MOI Website or #Metrash2 without visiting the General Directorate of Passports or MOI Service Centres. #MoIQatar #Qatar #Doha #YourSafetyIsMySafety #Covid19
