All set to go at The Rec! It's going to feel like an away game but it's cricket!!! We welcome @massey_cc for a 1pm start tomorrow. We kindly request all spectators to watch from the benches and stay away from the sports hall balcony and the players area by the containers.

We feel it is our duty to remind you all that you need to check your kit bag tonight. Get it out the loft before tomorrow, give it a once over, and don’t forget your packed lunch for tea! CRICKETS BACK! Go well everyone, except those clubs that are still paying players......

@kalivacricket @CricketFocus1 @gradeonecricket Also if you have to bring your own sanitizer then surely carry it in your pocket and just do it every 6 overs where you are? Either way will be interesting to see how clubs and players adhere to it. People can’t even follow a one way system in a supermarket lol

So.....could an outside caterer make teas and bring to ground plated or boxed up?

@gradeonecricket Or batters may do better, they’ll just concentrate in 6 over spells rather than trying to bat til drinks lol

So....who is gonna be the first to shout...."come on lads sanitising is good for a wicket" batting scores will be low with all these breaks!
