Micro's OTC-RFQ (Request for Quote) Desk upgrade is releasing within the next ~1 hour. Request for Quote desks are subsidiary desks used by large middle-ground intermediaries such as Bloomberg and Wintermute that allow parties to find optimal counterparties for OTC deals.
