En Soyapango, San Salvador Este, capturamos a José Luis Obando Vásquez, de 38 años de edad, luego de hurtar celulares de un local en un centro comercial. Este sujeto se ocultó en el establecimiento de al lado y durante la noche, abrió un agujero por el que ingresó al local, donde sustrajo los celulares. Luego de cometer el hecho, se desplazó por el techo hasta el baño de un restaurante, donde permanecía escondido. Tras una búsqueda, equipos de Investigación Policial lo ubicaron con 47 dispositivos. Además se encontraron 23 celulares y una tableta en varias partes del establecimiento donde se ocultó. El valor de lo incautado es de aproximadamente $25,000.
