Since I had some confused commenters here's a PSA: Evanescia has big ATK multipliers, but >90% of her damage in a Yaoguang EMC team is Elation damage. Elation as we know does not take ATK or DMG% for its damage. An ATK% sub is worth like 1/8th of a CRIT DMG sub in this case.

honnestly i still don't understand why most people consider Hysilens to be a dps but not Kafka and Black swan (who's the main source of damage) Is it because she can both apply and proc DoT?? but even then that's still weird to me
