@Sureena4WNE not sure if you can help but we have been without heating in Heath town since Friday. No contact from Wolverhampton homes until we called them. We have vulnerable 85 year old with dementia, COPD and recently recovered from pneumonia and we have had no support offer

@shannonsmith_97 I’d reccomend calling next time as wheelchair bays were coming up for me so I called and explained that I am ambulant and they gave me different seats rather than a wheelchair space x

@Crissy_Darlin When I booked them they only had the w101 block which makes me feel bad that I am taking a wheelchair spot when I don't need one

Don't think I'll be getting any confetti on this tour 💔 Downside of access tickets means I have to sit in the wheelchair section though I don't need a wheelchair?!
