@SeanRyder27 @Canucks I was there. I Called my Dad on a Forum Pay Phone to give him the news and by the time I got to the Canucks table they had already drafted again. Jari Kurri was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers just before me at #69 Between us we scored 620 goals in the NHL

43 years ago today at the 1980 NHL Entry Draft in Montreal @CroMarcCrawford was drafted in the 4th Round, 70th overall by the @Canucks.

A well deserved tribute is given to Our favorite Cornwall Royals teammate, The late Dave Ezard Induction into “QMJHL HOF 2023”. Cornwall (Dave’s Hometown) remains so proud of one of their favorite sons. Dave was the Best, and his Energy ignited our teams. standard-freeholder.com/sports/local-s…

So Sorry to hear the news about my friend Peter McNab. He was friendly, thoughtful, and caring in everything he did. A true hockey man from a great hockey family but, more than that he was just a pleasure to speak with every time we caught up. Sincere Condolences his Family

How Lucky I was to be a young coach in the Leaf organization. A frequent visitor to help mentor us was George Armstrong. He mesmerized me with his hilarious Stories, and he help me learn so many lesson of the game. What a Champion of a man. RIP George.

Sad to hear of the passing of Larry Mavety. He was always fun to talk with especially when I coached in the OHL. We shared many beers in his office in Belleville. He was very helpful to me as a young coach. A True Belleville Legend. Condolences to Larry’s Family and RIP Mav
