🧬 Unraveling the Secrets of RNA-seq! 🧩🔍 How does not RNA-seq differs from qRT-PCR and microarrays? 🤔 Let's break it down: In qRT-PCR & #microarrays, we pick specific #genes to understand responses (e.g., studying estrogen regulated genes due to a pesticide's effects).
