@DavidEvans_ROM @curioushino It looks like the dorsal surface is damaged, but it preserves some cool features like the big occlusal notches. It is a nice specimen, I would love to see what story this croc unravels.

This was a nice surprise- a decent croc skull from our last field season in Alberta. We didn’t really know what the jacket would hold until this nice prep job by @curioushino. Can’t wait to get back to the field this summer.

@yatachelys @diapophysis We have a team member that is going to make the Ar/Ar dating from units that are stratigraphically above and below these turtle deposits. We think this deposit is Cretaceous-Paleocene in age.
