I honestly don’t understand what’s happening. People are taking advantage of the Robinhood hype, generating AI art, launching collections, and rugging communities. Yet very few people speak up about it. Meanwhile, we’re launching Crocshood-a collection inspired by crocs, created with real effort and passion. Instead of taking the time to research the project, some people immediately start spreading FUD. It sometimes feels like real artists are judged more harshly than those who actually scam. If you’re going to support or criticize a project, at least take a moment to study it first. Real artists deserve that much. 🐊🎨

@kryskobiz You should have simply told people to do their own research before deciding whether to mint. Instead, you immediately called it stolen art and told people to stay away from it, it’s not good broh

It’s not against the person it’s as everyone is free to launch what he wants when he wants on every support that he wants. Just as I am a holder of the 1st one cause i love pixel art and personaly don’t wait for any return on that type of investment i don’t like when the same art is launched again and again and again. It’s not good for the artist. Not good for a holder, not good for a new comer not good for liquidity of the space and for the ones who are sideline just eyeing what is happening to see of it’s a serious thing for the future

There are plenty of trait variations in Crocshood, and I’m even creating custom honorary pieces for community members. For example, I made one for Zartash ,he reposted your this post. What I don’t understand is why real artists face so much harassment. Are people not seeing the AI-generated collections that are riding the Robinhood hype and then rugging their communities? Why is everyone silent about that, yet every question and every bit of criticism is aimed at projects built with genuine effort? Before judging, take the time to look at the work. Real artists deserve fair criticism- not assumptions.

That why I wrote an « or » cause I wasn’t sure of which one is it. From what I remember it wasn’t a freemint for everyone. If I his one is it will tweet again. Just wanna want ppl cause extracting, even a few, is too easy jumping from chain to chain with always the same art even if some traits change.

That collection was a free mint, and unfortunately the sellers completely destroyed the floor. Because of that, many projects are launching a new version of their collections on the Robinhood chain, and we want to do the same. We’ve also modified the artwork - it isn’t exactly the same. This isn’t stolen art; it’s created by the same artist. As you probably know, this approach has become fairly common. You can see similar examples across different chains, like how almost every chain has its own version of Punks. I’m sure you’ve seen Robinhood Punks as well. I hope you understand where we’re coming from.
