Around 14,000 people in NI have Crohn’s or Colitis. These conditions can be both debilitating and hard for people to speak about. This Crohn’s & Colitis Awareness Week, I am joining @CrohnsColitisUK in calling for an end to the stigma and more research. @CrohnsColitisNI
