Zoomer@ZoomerHistorian

@iamfubar96 I look normal, this is one from the same month when I was like 17 which isn’t a cursed screengrab, but I could be the ugliest most fucked up retard ever and my point would still stand regarding race mixing. Take a glance at Brazil.

Harvey, You pled guilty to paying a 17 year old boy for sex. When you were 39. This is “disgrace”. Given you claim to have “nothing to apologise for” I feel compelled to inform you:  *this conduct is still illegal today*. You went to your party’s client press to condemn Nigel - who was also grieving for Ann - for asking questions that are now totally vindicated.  All to score a cheap party political point. This is “depraved”.

Excuse me, @ZiaYusufUK? You call me “disgraced”. I was the victim of discriminatory laws in the 1980s & later falsely accused of serial child murder & sexual abuse. The only disgrace here is your attempt to weaponise those injustices for political point-scoring & blind loyalty. You call me “depraved” simply because I disagree with you. I have nothing to apologise for. I have consistently said that no one should speculate about the motive for Ann Widdecombe’s tragic death while the police investigation is under way - including politicians. I appreciate you feel obliged to defend your party leader. But the rule of law, justice - & respect for Ann’s memory - must come before party loyalty. Respecting the police & the rule of law is not disgraceful; it is the responsible course of action. Moreover, @Nigel_Farage is perfectly entitled to his views. Equally, I am entitled to mine. What he & his colleagues are not entitled to do is seek to silence or abuse those who express a different opinion. Calling me “depraved” because I criticised Mr Farage’s public speculation is no substitute for reasoned debate. Ann, a lifelong champion of free speech, would never have resorted to such personal abuse. As someone who describes themselves as ‘shadow home secretary’, I thought you’d appreciate all of the above.

Hearing on her deathbed Ann Widdecombe saw the light of Blairism and unhesitatingly renounced Reform. Even now she looks down on the UK from the gardens of the TBI. Truly there is no god but God, and Tony Blair is his prophet!
(((Dan Hodges)))@DPJHodges

And here we have it. The final line crossed. Allison literally telling Ann Widdecombe’s family what they should want in the wake of her death.

It’s hugely harmful economically. The undeniable stuff. But if they don’t stop the ILR to citizenship route it also opens up discussions that were previously closed in terms of future remedies. If you want legal citizenship to be respected as a category then you should be doing everything in your power to protect its validity, whereas this undermines it entirely.

I’d like to think there is a plan in the more sensible parties to remove the Boriswavers, but I’m not hopeful. It’s been among the biggest political disasters of the postwar period. A catastrophically harmful policy failure.

Exclusive from @matt_dathan The Home Office has drawn up plans to relax immigration reforms in a bid to address the concerns of Labour MPs Under a compromise up to 1.6 million migrants could be granted indefinite leave to remain after five years instead of ten — but they would face waiting longer to qualify for benefits The group known as the Boriswave after the boom in immigration under Boris Johnson would be exempted from Mahmood's migration reforms but have to wait longer before accessing benefits such as UC, disability payments, council tax reduction, tax credits and state pension credits A source said: “What it boils down to is benefits. You would allow them to get ILR after five years but you don’t allow them to claim benefits until three or four years later.” They said “most people don’t come here so they can claim benefits”, but the idea that they can do so “as soon as they get ILR” was “politically damaging”. thetimes.com/uk/politics/ar…
