@evanbirnholz I'm a big fan of your crosswords, and I love a challenge but did not enjoy most of todays's NYT Once I got the theme, which took me a lot longer than usual, I was on a roll. But some clues were just ridiculous.

Today's was done a bit differently and I'd bet Ella Dershowitz never saw mine -- very little way to have searched for past ACPT puzzles unless you were there or solved it and remembered it. Great minds think alike, and all that. Still, solving today's puzzle gave me flashbacks!

Spoiler about today's #NYTXW: If you were at the 2019 ACPT, you may remember Puzzle 5 that year had a trick where you had to swap the names in two adjacent Across entries to make sense of the clues. It was called "Trade Names." I certainly remember it because, well, I wrote it.
