Is Marathon worth it? I don’t particularly care for the look of the game but I keep hearing how the gameplay is great. Is this true or just propping up a new game.

@CrookedSlade You might like Marathon then. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you start to learn what's what it's addicting. Fights can feel pretty intense as well. They also have an actual end game. End game map with a boss of you can reach it and ranked as well

been lovin arena infinite but the devs of that game are kinda deaf to there community so its losing steam quickly

@TamponxTorpedo Arc Raiders is fun but also very casual. I love Arena and EFT and Arc Raiders is just a completely different game despite it being an "extraction shooter"

@CrookedSlade I’m absolutely hooked on it. I put 300hrs into Arc Raiders but haven’t touched it since Marathon. Every trailer made me think I’d hate the art style but once you start playing it’s really not that bad. It’s the best extraction shooter Ive ever played

@neillio94 yeah i dont much like free kits. I play alot of arena and people will load in with hardly anything and when you kill them and get nothing it sucks.

@CrookedSlade I’ve been enjoying it. I’ve been playing a little over a week and have 50+ hours in it. It plays like DMZ to me. There is fun gunplay and a good amount of “gear fear”, but if you want to you can go in with a free kit every raid and never actually risk anything.

Oop so The Lich’s dispelling sphere makes the survivor HUD go away in customs so you can’t see Gen progress, healing progress, etc

@ReAnimateHer_ @EpiPen10 I mean it makes sense to me. That’s how it works in the world outside of streaming. You earn a certain status or bonus through certain metrics but you also have to maintain to continuously receive those benefits.
