I lost 9 lbs in 14 days. Yes, it is possible. 👉🏽 How’d I do it? 1. Set a small goal - Lose 5lbs 2. Created a regimen (curated to myself) - Have to burn 200+ cal - Have to work a targeted muscle + cardio - Intake less than 1200cal per day (junk or not) 3. Shifted my mindset - Promised myself I’ll say ‘I did’ and not ‘I will’ 👉🏽 Proof of progress: Day 1: 129lbs Day 14: 120lbs Day 1: Struggled to burn 200cal in about 40mins Day 14: Burned 300cal in 27mins - EASY! Day 1: Unsure if I can make it. How long will I last? Day 14: Owned the ‘I did’ mindset and crushed goals / exceeded expectations. It was a 14-Day continuous streak. EVERY DAY: - I went to the gym. - Got on the treadmill & didn’t turn it off until i saw 200 burned (even started staying on until 300) - Did 45min to 1hr mixed exercises after. [Pro TIP: Just get yourself to the gym. All that matters!] - Watched what I eat! Stayed under 1000cal (f*ck 1200) [Pro TIP: Use @loseit. Best tracker ever. Their database is huge!] - Tracked my progress. Kept an accountability pic! I used to watch those YouTube videos … yeah you know what I’m talking about lmao … and ask myself “Is this really possible?” Well, yes it is. It’s just not as easy as they make it sound. Takes a 💩 ton of dedication, will power and not just the 15mins of exercise. You need exercise and a good diet. And of course, A WINNER’s MINDSET! Ask yourself - Do you want this for yourself?
