@BarwellCC The 2nd teams promotion ambitions ended, but it has been a great season for Martin Ladkin and the team and they will want to finish the season on a high. They entertain already promoted @CropstonCC 2's at home.

Midweek action at the KJMG today with Newtown Linford visiting us in the semi-final of the Joe Orton cup. Alex Kent's men will be looking to make their second successive final appearance in the competition. #UpTheStags 🦌

Another 75 point Saturday in the books to continue the rich vein of form across all sides, with 17 wins coming from the last 19 senior games across all comps. Shoutout to the 1st and 3rd teams who are currently on 5 and 6 game winning streaks in the league respectively.

Geoff Hickinbottom’s funeral will be held on Tuesday 27th of February at 2pm at Countesthorpe Crematorium. The wake will be held after at Groby Working Mens Club from 3pm until close. Anyone who wishes to come is more than welcome. Please let the family know if attending.
