In Junior High girls' action, Zoe Webb led the girls with her 23rd place finish. The Junior High boys took 2nd place as a team and were led by 4th place finisher, Austin Battin.  Also earning medals for the Hornets were Kaleb Lowry, and Henry Buell.  🏃‍♀️👟🏃‍♂️🏅🏅🏅🏅

Junior Anthony Jordan led the Hornet men, earning a medal for his 14th-place finish. Also earning medals for the Hornets were: Freshmen, Andrew Emmorey, 19th, and Drew Riethmiller, 22nd. Earning JV medals were Evan Darby, Jason Henry, Zak Elhaddi, and Freshman Colton Nale.🏅🏅🏅

Earning medals for the Hornets were Brooke Hunter, 8th, Lila Shellenbarger, 11th, Freshman CC Linn, 15th, and Evy Abbott, 21st.  Also earning awards were Brooklyn Beighly, Emma Iacino, Cynthia Perman, and Brianna Henry. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

On Saturday, the Hornets hosted 17 teams in the 27th annual Hornet Harrier Cross Country Invitational.  Overall winner and new Hornet record holder, Mira Moschillo, led the Varsity girls.  Mira led wire to wire with her 18:48.70 time! 🥇🏃‍♀️

In JH XC action Zoe Webb was the winner of the girls’ race and Austin Battin won the boys’ race. 🐝👟

The Hornet Cross Country team traveled to Buhl Park to take on the Blue Devils. The Hornet men were led by Anthony Jordan, Andrew Emmorey, and Drew Riethmiller went 1,2,3 in the boys race. 🏃‍♂️ Mira Moschillo and Brooke Hunter went 1 and 2 in the girls race. 🏃‍♀️
