@RibaAi1 @TheWiseinteach i think maybe people confuse the terms cause coco is the audience foil whose story is unfolding step by step, while qifreys story is unravelled gradually in reverse. he guides coco, the long term plot and the audience, letting the girls take center stage (i love that)

@RibaAi1 @TheWiseinteach you can always tell by the order in which the characters are represented on volumes and promo material, the main cast ranking is something like coco > qifrey > agott > tetia, richeh > olly coco and qifrey both steer the overarching plot which is the role of a main character ~

@TheWiseinteach With fully respect, thats not true. Coco and Qifrey are main characters. Girls and Olly are secondary mcs. Qifrey isnt bnhas Aizawa or narutos kakashi. He is Cinderellas godmother, Coco's most important relationship.

I honestly rlly like that agott is only mean to coco and is like nice to richeh and tetia, i feel like a lot of anime edgelord deutaragonist characters are just overall assholes but no coco just IRRITATES her (for now...)

@RandomTiger2 @PurrfectlyNina maybe its not surprising cause in the manga the reader is free to linger on the frozen page, and im with the people who expected the scene to be more of a silent still horror, with tension stretching and coco shrinking before we see her unfreeze herself and move the scene along

My most anticipated scene ending up being the weakest is a bit of a bummer,,,, The shots are just so rapid and disjointed that it feels like the brimmed cap was edited in it's a shame they didn't give this scene room to breathe #whaanimespoilers
