Year 4 really enjoyed their cricket morning yesterday! We learnt some new skills and were able to practice some of the skills they had already learnt! #PE

A very exciting and unusual day was enjoyed by Year 5: a Lancashire cricket session before lunch, singing with Tim in preparation for The Chorley Big Sing and rounded off with a competitive game of basket-bench-ball! Primary School days at their best! #Y5 #music #PE

Today, in #Science, Y6 have been creating replicas of blood, including the different components & parts of it (red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets and plasma). What we’ve learnt is that making it can be messy & requires time and patience. However, it was a fun project!

We’ve done it! Massive congratulations to all the staff who completed the #Manchester10km. This was a journey, not just a race. A new event for most of us so months of training and preparation have gone into this and we’re all proud of our achievements!

Our Y5/6 Hockey Team were in action tonight in the ⁦@ChorleySSP⁩ hockey league. All of our players performed really well and showed off the skills they had learnt in hockey club. Well done to all! 🏑🏑 #TSMschoolsport

In #History, Y6 were presented with ‘The Great British Trinity Dig’, in which they were tasked with unearthing newly-discovered artefacts found with a previous settler in Britain. Piecing together fragments of evidence, they attempted to identify and date their findings.
