Wildfire Shelter UPDATE: The Temporary Emergency Point support center will close @ 5pm today 5/18 at the Log Church in Crosslake. It will not be open tomorrow if there are no significant changes due to the wildfire evacuations. If you need support, call the county @ 218-824-1140.

County Road 11 is expected to reopen today at approximately 12:00 PM. Even after the roadway reopens, fire crews & emergency personnel will continue working in the area. Please use caution, slow down, & watch for emergency vehicles, equipment, and personnel along the roadway.

Wildfire ALERT: 8:50pm. The Crosslake Community Center has transitioned to a shelter for families affected and evacuated by the wildfires. The public can stop by for assistance as well as spend the night. 3 meals a day will be served. Snacks and beverages too .#CrowWingCounty
