No living, breathing soul should ever endure the cruelty that Kinsleigh endured. I hope every single adult who failed her receives the punishment they’re due and is never, ever in a position to hurt another being again. It’s horrible beyond comprehension.

Another arrest made in the death of Kinsleigh Welty. I got a tip earlier today that Tammy Halsey Kinsleigh’s grandmother was arrested for neglect. We just obtained her police report confirming it. The charge: NEGLECT DEPENDENT-INJURY/F5
