So, this may come as a surprise to some, but US citizens that are experiencing homelessness still have the right to vote in the US Constitution. States legally must afford workarounds to domicile requirements.
By the way, nearly the entire Navajo Nation is registered to vote with non standard addresses.

Well, it only took 3.5 years for Phoenix PD to complete a public records request for a single officers internal affairs file.
In fairness, the guy was investigated a lot.
Accused of raping a fellow cop, sexually assaulting an arrestee, shooting someone, shooting himself, etc.
