Why is it that a first class or even 2nd class upper graduate is now seen like they don’t know anything?

A lot of Nigerian graduates are learning skills daily but still quietly wondering if any of it will really pay off

Since when did being a graduate in Nigeria start meaning you’re already supposed to know everything? Companies don’t want to train anymore, schools are too theoretical… so who is actually building the graduate?

You don’t leave school in Nigeria and become employed. You leave school and realize you’re just starting another phase of learning to become employable

Adulthood is messy, harsh, and full of pressure and disappointments that nobody really prepares you for.
