Mid table finish with no European football would see the Glazers selling up before their shares could lose even more value. If we get CL football next season they might try to cling on. Sophie's fucking choice, always want us to win but if we get knocked out I think they're gone.

@AmorimEra_ Just one forward capable of leading the line (still developing & his form through the floor). That's how ETH started the season too ffs, no alternative, no kid ready for the step up, no old pro whose experience helps the younger forwards, not even a fucking The Weghorst on loan.

Amorim still has to go regardless if he wins Europa.” So you’ve now worked out that the squad isn’t up to standards. Great. That’s progress. But even AFTER that realisation you still think a manager who hasn’t even been here for 6 months and came mid-season should pay the price. Squad incompetence should take away a competent manager having a pre-season and a summer transfer window? I mean it makes sense. It’s easier than your favourite players paying the price, isn’t it? A manager who has probably taken the most accountability post Fergie (even though this isn’t his fault) should go. A manager who has seen FIRST-HAND what is wrong with this squad and will be integral to correcting it should go. A manager who sticks to his principles. Something people DEMANDED the successor to Ten Hag to do should go. Ironically those same people now say that Amorim should’ve adjusted to the players to prioritise results, despite slating Ten Hag for doing the same. So basically you got what you wanted with Ten Hag leaving. You knew what to expect with a squad who had underlying numbers of a 14th/15th placed team last season. You’ve seen it in execution. But instead of letting the guy YOU wanted build his own team, you think ANOTHER new manager is required. That new manager will be your next target after 6 months. Why? Because we’ve seen this same cycle over and over. This isn’t some made up TV show. This is real life. This requires actual problem solving. Sorry for the rant but I just can’t get my head around the logic of some sections of the fanbase.

This squad was pretty much set up for ETH to fail, Amorim inherited it and was only allowed Dorgu. Only 1 centre forward who's been out of form after a promising first season. Just one player capable, no alternative, no old pro on his last legs, not even fucking Weghorst on loan.
