The EP clients were, not universally, but fairly commonly, extremely specific about how all the Stuff they had accumulated over the years got split among the kids But the adult children coming in after the second parent had died could not care less about it

Back when I was in private practice doing EP/Probate work, one of the biggest disconnects I noticed between the old people coming in to do wills and the children coming in to have wills processed was the attitude towards the Stuff

Everyone is talking past eachother on this. YES inflation is COMPLETELY out of control and wages are still YEARS behind. A big Mac combo should NOT be $10. An 1800 sqft house with near zero yard should not be $350k an hour from the city. AT THE SAME TIME unless you're disabled, you shouldn't be getting food delivered. Cancel that subscription for your own good. It doubles the cost of each meal and enables you. Makes you eat out more because the perceived convenience. Things are harder than they've been in a very long time. But it also feels like so many people under 30 have already given up and don't even TRY to budget. I'm sure for every person truly watching their budget there's 3 more going an extra $1000+ a month in debt from reckless spending. There are MULTIPLE important issues that MUST be addressed like Immigration, taxation, fraud, greedy corporations, outsourcing etc before it even really matters to start addressing the money illiteratacy epidemic though.

@CrusaderWatch @ThomBrady5 Statute of limitations started when Elon "should have known" they were going to do that. Because that is a question of fact, and not agreed by both parties, it could not be decided by the judge. The jury's role is as "finder of fact" to determine what is true.
