Mom and Dad take their 5 year old daughter to the Moab bungee drop, that happens to be a 500 ft drop. I know some people love the adrenaline rush, but for a 5 year old? My opinion she is a bit too young.

I’m embarrassed asf to post this, but HELP. How do I make this stop? I clean it for her, it still ends up like this.. she cleans it, she cries about it and it still ends up like this.. I’m OVER it. I tried grounding her. Taking electronics. Cleaning it for her. Helping her clean it. & NOTHING.PHASES.HER. She genuinely doesn’t care. I told her yesterday “if your room doesn’t get cleaned today, you’re grounded” she looked at me and said “ok? I don’t care.” I even asked to remove it because once a person came to us for an order that they ordered from my store, Tedooo app, it was such a shame that the buyer accidentally saw it. We don’t live nasty. Our house is always spotless. HOW DO I GET MY GrandKID TO JUST KEEP A CLEAN DANG ROOM? She’s 8 if that makes any difference for any type of tips, ya girl is tired.........

Nobody wants a 3,500 sq ft boomer house. Gen Z doesn't want it. Millennials can't afford it. Foreign buyers are gone. These homes are becoming stranded assets. And there are thousands of them sitting on the market right now.

@ronsterd89 Set a timer and see who can get the most done in 3 minutes. Maybe trash the first night. Who collected the most. Next night dirty clothes. Next night toys. If you do it with him instead of just sending him in there it helps. The timer lets him know that the end of it is in sight.

Just want genuine advice,grandpa to grandpa here. I have a 7 1/2 year-old who refuses to help pick up his room. He gets overwhelmed and angry and dismissive every time I ask him to help. I understand that his room gets out of control and I try to get him to pick it up after the end of each day and it is an incredibly huge fight that honestly, I am exhausted in fighting. From one grandpa to another what should I do? I am seriously open for all suggestions!

We know someone who paid $390k for a home in 2020. They have a 30 year, 3.75% mortgage & home is now worth ~$550,000. They're outgrowing their home & need more space but buying a new home would 2-3x their housing costs. They feel trapped & millions are in this situation.
