@LidlGB Hi @LidlGB, I sent a DM & had an email. However the colleague handling it seems to have missed the point... where you appear to have sold out of date chiller pizza as a frozen product 🤔 This surely needs investigating with suppliers, not being passed off as "over pricing"

Hi @LidlGB ...... bit weird this: bought 2-pack ham & pineapple (don't judge🍍) frozen pizzas. Opened the box - and one's got a yellow 'oops' sticker. Without knowing how/when it was fresh/ooops'd, not sure I fancy eating it!!!

@Cryer_Anna @jet2tweets Completely agree! Finally got an email last night from them offering a 'refund' of less than 50%! We spent only 36 hours of our 7 day holiday in our hotel before the horrific experience began! @TUI have given full refunds plus vouchers to their affected customers a week ago!

@jet2tweets @andrew_cryer But Josh, sweetie, the email to customer services wasn't the HALF of it, and it was merely a notification that we'd been caught in the wildfires - a situation I would not anticipate a generic automated reply to, nor would I expect to wait 4 weeks for a response. 1/2

And it gets worse @jet2tweets . A courier has just rung me and said @jet2tweets have put the wrong label on and our bags are in Glasgow. About 200miles from where we live….. the incompetency is incredible.
