i graduated during covid and im 27 and have never gotten to work physically in a studio, and my older coworkers always laughed when i said i dreamed of having a cute little cubicle in cartoon network like this

No one asked, but PERSONALLY my opinion on Indie Art is that I think more people should try making webcomics. You don't have to come right out the gate trying to be as high concept & fundable as humanly possible that way. It may also help a bit with the literacy rate maybe.

Making animatics is probably the best way to improve fast, as well as chip away your perfectionism bit by bit. Nothing humbles you more than spending 2 hours drawing details on a single frame that’ll appear for maybe 3 seconds max in a video
