Time to go all-in Cypher Industries is the result of several years development, built on the tech and experience behind $65B+ in spot volume and the growth of one of the largest L2 ecosystems. Ethereum Capital Markets Our journey started on Arbitrum in 2022, where we were among the first native protocols to help shape what became one of the largest Layer 2 ecosystems. To first create a hub that can serve Ethereum, we need to bring liquidity back into the hands of the people, making it purpose-built and optimized for the Layer 1. Ethereum is the leader in blue-chip DeFi, but there is still room to strengthen the native Layer 1 ecosystem. The largest incumbent protocols have expanded beyond the L1, while smaller, newer builders receive more incentives to build elsewhere. Cypher will change that - providing support, incentives, exposure, and a dedicated platform for builders on ETH L1. Ethereum still has the strongest ecosystem in crypto, and one of the few communities that genuinely cares about decentralization and cypherpunk values. It's important to have market infra aligned and owned by the community. Spot liquidity infra optimized for the L1 > capital markets for decentralized onchain launches > ownership distributed to the ecosystem With the liquidity infrastructure as a foundation, we can then start to create Capital Markets. Not all launchpads are equal, and we see significant value in creating a platform where real builders can raise and distribute ownership in an aligned way, fully onchain. By having both the liquidity infra and the capital platform, Cypher can support the full lifecycle of new and established projects. Instead of value being extracted by VCs or misaligned DEXs, it now flows entirely back to the ecosystem and its users. Whilst other chains use the term 'Capital Markets' to refer to a new style of shitcoin launchpad, we have built a platform that is something we want to use ourselves, one where we can do everything onchain and directly with the community. To achieve truly decentralized markets, you must have a way to incubate and launch protocols that are aligned from day 1. Our alignment is reflected in everything we do. We purposefully turned down all VC funding to ensure we can distribute over 70% of the $CYPH supply to the community. All fees go back to the token. We are ignoring all fake hype metrics and focusing solely on a launch sequence that builds sustainable liquidity, rewards real users, and gives the community a seed-round entry into Cypher. The tokenomics are not an afterthought - we have designed several new flywheels to ensure that value is captured by long-term CYPH holders, with a new locked/option token model approach. Cypher is fully audited, battle-tested, and ready to go. Genesis farms will go live early next week, where users can provide liquidity and trade to earn points for a whitelist allocation in the sale and future airdrop.
