My health has really gone downhill and I haven't been doing well. I already wasn't, this has just progressed over time. It doesn't help there are 0 treatments for my condition. Or safe access to hospitals & clinics. Lots of tests and invasive procedures can't be done at home.

This is absolutely true, without this I wouldn't be able to have doctor visits at all or therapy 🩵 I have long covid, MECFS and many other disabilities.
