A little explanation on the Astra Nova Game Stages 🎮 Astra Nova is an ongoing expansion game, and we will release it chapter by chapter until open world launch. Your ambition is greatly limited by your energy levels. And what you achieve is greatly limited by your ambition. I've had periods in my life where I had massive amounts of ambition and other times where I had next to no ambition, and after going through the up and down cycle over the years I found the #1 reason for the cycle is energy levels. Figure out your energy levels, increase that and you will indirectly increase your ambition. What I did to increase my energy levels which skyrocketed my ambition: 1. Took DNA tests, downloaded my data and and looked at my genetic defects using geneticgenie.org and chrismasterjohnphd.substack.com/p/how-much-cho… and started eating and supplementing to my genetic needs. 2. Wore an OuraRing for a year and tracked what affets my sleep patterns. 3. Split tested various stimulants such as coffee vs caffeine, found caffeine beat out coffee greatly, then focused on dosage. I'm at 140-160 mg per day optimal. 4. Started taking various supplements such as L-Carnetine to increase the throughput of energy on a cellular level. 5. There are many many other things and you should do your own research as to figure out how your energy levels work to increase them.
