Thoughts after this week: if you can't fix the biggest problem in trading e.g. not able to accept a loss, start from smaller problems you can like fixing bad habits e.g. staying up late, trading Asia session...just thoughts...

What I changed this week was that I didn't trade Asia session. No matter what the results say I see the difference for good. So I will stick to it.

There is no "perfect" prop firm. I wanted to try @Alpha_Futures_ because of MLL which stays the same after payout which is awesome! But 5 winning days of 200 makes me overtrading as I'm risking 2 micros...

As always transparent....I was excited about this funded account...so I decided to trade today...just after it was activated...well...daily max loss limit...don't know what to say...

Back to evals.

I made some changes this week. It's about sleep schedule and Asia session. Asia open is at 00.00 my time. Locking account didn't work because I was looking at charts anyway. From Sunday to Friday I'm shutting down comp at 23:00 no matter what. Today I made it!✅

Horrible week which ended with a migraine and blown account. Traded Asia, got caught with a wick so in seconds I was down 138 usd that was the beginning of spiral down. Thought will recover during ny but didn't manage.
