CBB这个故事让我想起在北京打工做销售还没怎么赚到钱的时候。 有一次卖了大单赚了30000多的佣金还升了官(那会儿北京平均工资一个月5K)，太开心了。因为北漂太不容易，苦苦熬了好久我算是出头了，决定请几个一直也在拼搏老乡兄弟去海航大厦唱K庆祝。 海航懂得都懂，天上人间关了以后妹子们都就去了8号公馆，江浙会跟海航，算是当时最好的场子之一了，我这算很对得起兄弟了吧？毕竟之前难的时候也没法跟家人说，都是几个人小烧烤摊上相互倾诉。 我酒量不算好，那天又太高兴很快喝多了，再睁眼的时候就剩一个哥们儿还陪我身边等着，其他人都走了。 去结账时候经理说30000多，给你抹个零吧。 我还以为我没睡醒，反复问了几遍，30000多！比我奖金没扣税时候还多！ 我心里算了半天在我睡着前5个人点的酒，叫的陪唱小妹一起怎么都不到15000啊，怎么能翻倍呢？ 拿着单子仔细看，这几个逼在我睡着后又点了不少挺贵的酒，每人又多点了个妹子！ 最后在刷卡的时候我头上汗都出来了，心里那个难受啊。觉得自己真的是个大傻逼，这些钱拿去旅游给家里人买礼物不好么？ 出门的时候遇上了唱歌时候点的小姑娘，北舞的(非常漂亮，现在都还记得什么样子)。她悄悄跟我说："哥你那几个朋友不是啥好人，以后小心点"。 我忙抓着她问，后来才知道我睡死后他们在说"可劲儿花，反正他有钱，不就是想装逼么，让他装到位。" 那次真的心里哇凉哇凉的，有些人真的就是可以共苦不能同富，我之前从没想过人的嫉妒之心能坏到这种程度，非凡不感谢我掏心掏肺请他们，还觉得我想羞辱他们的自尊心？ 在那之后我基本没有再与他们接触过，也不再觉得轻易对不如自己的朋友主动伸出援手是件好事。 那真是一节非常记忆犹新的课了

conviction is good, but there has to be balance. sometimes “conviction” is just bagholders lying to themselves because they don’t want to admit the trade is dead. you need enough conviction to sit through noise, but not so much that you become emotionally married to a bag. but in the current crypto environment, if your conviction bags haven’t pumped back for a year, maybe it’s time to accept it and move on. the problem with getting too attached to your own bags is that you lose flexibility. and once the market starts moving in a different direction, you don’t adapt, you start fighting the flow. i made that mistake before and promised myself not to repeat it again. now when i see people still defending dead bags, i honestly feel bad for them. but maybe that’s just the lesson everyone has to learn once. or twice lol
