Visa Labor: The Arguments They Make... and the Reality They say we need foreign talent because Americans aren’t skilled. But U.S. students outperform foreign grads in STEM. Most H‑1Bs are entry-level and train here. They laid off qualified Americans and brought in cheaper workers. Then made billions doing it. They say visa workers pay taxes. So do high schoolers. That doesn’t entitle them to your job. Paying taxes isn’t special. It’s required. They say H‑1Bs fill jobs Americans won’t do. In tech? Seriously? These were good jobs... until fake filters and offshore referrals rigged the game. They say they can’t find enough qualified Americans. What they really mean is... They can’t find cheap, obedient workers who won’t unionize or leave. Then why lay off 300,000 and immediately backfill with visas? Microsoft. Walmart. Amazon. Salesforce. They didn’t run out of talent. They ran out of excuses. They say visa workers innovate more. Fact: There has never been a Nobel Prize awarded to an H‑1B worker. Every major tech breakthrough they brag about was built by Americans—before the visa surge. They say Americans are lazy. Americans work longer hours, take less vacation, and lead the world in output per worker. We’re the most productive workforce on Earth. And still got replaced. They say this is just economic colonization in reverse. Wrong. Colonizers built things. This is extraction. They take the job, bring in their network, shut out Americans… And send the profits straight back home. Over $100 billion a year in remittances— Drained from our economy. Never reinvested. Never returned. They didn’t come to build America. They came to bleed it. They and the companies that hire them...parasites and they are bleeding us.
