He is only entitled to do so where there is a matter of public interest. His intervention in TR’s case was political. It is also extraordinary for someone to be jailed as a result of a civil action. Whether or not one supports TR, the contempt case against him and his incarceration was politically motivated. As you said @elonmusk, TR is a political prisoner. You were right.
