I reiterated that the Slovak delegation is bound by the instruction of the Slovak government to request a vote on the Pandemic agreement. The Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic expresses surprise that there are efforts to avoid a fundamental democratic institution – a vote. If a vote does take place, the Slovak delegation has been instructed not to support the Pandemic agreement, as it undermines the principle of the sovereignty of member states and disproportionately interferes with the sphere of human rights.

In today’s hyper-connected world, for multiple critical systems in aviation, energy, and cloud infrastructure to collapse within hours of each other across different continents cannot be reasonably dismissed as mere coincidence. In my opinion this was a clear demonstration of capability, some sort of a parade of the real new weapons of influence and control: cyber-weapons. They're invisible to the human eye, but deadly effective at immobilizing entire nations without the need for a single bomb or soldier. Official narratives have been and continue to be careful, avoiding the use of the term “cyberattack.” Governments are cautious in this space because admitting vulnerability is a loss of face, a loss of deterrence, and perhaps most importantly, a trigger for immediate financial panic. Imagine if a government were to openly acknowledge that their airports, power grids, and airlines could be shut down at will, public trust in the stability of the system would evaporate in hours. And in modern's world, trust is what our civilization truly runs on. Today’s events must therefore be understood not as "an outage" or "technical failure," but as a quiet message. Someone, somewhere, has proven they can bring modern life to a halt, globally, synchronously, and invisibly. It is a warning that our daily lives are balanced on a far thinner thread than most care to admit.
