Why did #JASMY choose Aplix? Few people know this, but Aplix, through two technological revolutions, helped shape our digital daily life before completely reinventing itself to remain relevant in a radically different world. First of all, Aplix was the first Japanese company to be officially recognized as a developer for the NeXT Computer system, the platform created by Steve Jobs after his departure from Apple. Building on this foundation, Aplix developed its first major commercial success; a multimedia authoring software that became the very first third-party application for NeXT distributed in Japan. This technical expertise quickly led to WinCDR, a disc-burning software for Windows that became the absolute number one in the Japanese CD-R burning market. The product was so well designed that optical drive manufacturers and PC makers began preinstalling it directly on their computers, which at the time was a clear sign of commercial success. WinCDR evolved over time to include DVD burning capabilities, in partnership with the American company Sonic Solutions, adding features for creating DVD-Video titles on standard CD-R discs. The software also became a professional tool for creating CD-ROMs used in automotive navigation systems, a rapidly growing market in Japan at the time. WinCDR eventually declined when Microsoft and Apple integrated optical disc burning directly into their operating systems, rendering third-party software obsolete almost overnight. However, Aplix did not stop there. The company went on to achieve something even more remarkable with its second major innovation, this time impacting hundreds of millions of people worldwide without them ever realizing it. As early as 1996, Aplix obtained a license from Sun Microsystems to develop and distribute products based on Java technology, at a time when Java was still more of a promise than a reality. Leveraging its expertise in embedded systems for the automotive industry, Aplix developed a highly optimized and miniaturized Java runtime environment known as JBlend, which would redefine the company’s trajectory on a scale no one could have anticipated. Sony selected JBlend for its MD DISCAM portable video camera, making it the very first consumer product in the world to run on Java technology. Soon after, major Japanese electronics companies adopted JBlend one after another: Sanyo for digital photo albums, Sharp for mobile phones, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, and Casio. The wave quickly spread beyond Japan. Motorola and Samsung integrated JBlend into their mobile phones. The British operator Vodafone selected JBlend for the Sharp GX10, one of the first phones in its Vodafone live! service deployed across Europe, allowing users for the first time to download games and applications directly over the air. NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s largest telecom operator, made JBlend the standard Java solution across its entire FOMA 3G lineup. Texas Instruments embedded JBlend into its processors, powering some of the most advanced phones of that era. Nissan and Sanyo jointly used JBlend in the world’s first automotive navigation system equipped with a terrestrial digital TV tuner. In total, more than 800 million devices worldwide silently embedded Aplix’s JBlend technology, making the company the undisputed global leader in deploying Java on mobile phones and consumer electronics, ahead of all American and European giants of the time. Today, Aplix still carries the DNA of those pioneering years, the ability to anticipate technological needs before the market even expresses them, and to build solutions where others still see obstacles, alongside #JASMY, which shares the same DNA and philosophy of innovation.

Good morning to the $JASMY holders ☀️ $JASMY was built by ex-Sony executives. Not anonymous devs. Not influencer cash grabs. Kunitake Ando spent decades building Sony into a global icon. He’s 84 years old now. You really think this man is going to let the last chapter of his legacy be a failed crypto project? He has more to protect than any of us. 🇯🇵 #JASMY

$JASMY mainnet is already LIVE 📣 But most people still don’t get it… This isn’t the full picture. Not even close. Think of it like this: the road is built $JASMY chain is running. The infrastructure exists 🏗️ ✅ But the cars aren’t on the road yet 🚗 - adoption, apps, and real usage are still rolling out. The REAL $JASMY narrative? • AI layer coming online 🤖 • Compute economy forming ⚙️ • Full ecosystem expansion - still in early stages 🌱 In my opinion, we are early to the phase that ACTUALLY matters for $JASMY 1️⃣ $JASMY apps are still being deployed 📲 2️⃣ $JCT AI + compute layer is partially live (not fully scaled yet) ⚠️ 3️⃣PDL integrations and enterprise adoption are in progress 🏢 The mainnet is live, yes. 💡 But $JASMY ’s real growth comes when the cars finally hit the road - adoption, usage, and the ecosystem firing together 🚀 And $JASMY is already showing strong early signs of real adoption and usage through active deployments and integrations with companies like Panasonic, VAIO, Toyota, and other major enterprise players building within Japan’s IoT ecosystem. If you’re paying attention now… You’re early. Not late. $JASMY 💪🟠 Read more 👉 jasmy-global.medium.com/japan-origin-b…

🇺🇸 SEC Crypto Taxonomy — Where Does $JASMY Fit? The recent interpretation from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission introduced a clearer taxonomy for crypto assets. The framework broadly separates crypto into: • Digital commodities • Digital collectibles • Digital tools • Stablecoins • Digital securities And most importantly: Most crypto assets are not themselves securities. This shifts the conversation from “Is the token a security?” to “What role does the token play in the system?” ⸻ 🧠 The Key Question To classify a token properly, regulators now focus on function. Does the token represent: • ownership in a company? • a financial claim? • or access to a network / infrastructure? This distinction matters. ⸻ ⚙️ Where $JASMY Likely Fits From a structural perspective, $JASMY aligns most closely with the “Digital Tool” category. Why? Because the token functions primarily as network utility rather than financial ownership. In the Jasmy ecosystem, the token enables: • data access permissions • data marketplace activity • ecosystem services • network-level interactions The token acts as a tool inside the infrastructure, not a claim on company equity. ⸻ 🧩 The Infrastructure Angle JASMY’s architecture focuses on something many crypto projects overlook: trusted data infrastructure. Through mechanisms such as: • Personal Data Locker (PDL) • permissioned data sharing • trusted data environments the ecosystem aims to build a secure data layer for digital services and AI systems. In that context, the token behaves similarly to: • a network usage token • an access mechanism for data services • a coordination tool within the ecosystem This is consistent with the digital tool / utility token concept described in the SEC taxonomy. ⸻ 📊 Why This Matters The new regulatory interpretation helps separate: assets used inside networks from assets that represent securities. If markets increasingly evaluate tokens based on real infrastructure utility, projects with functional roles inside ecosystems may benefit from clearer regulatory positioning. For tokens designed as network tools rather than financial contracts, this distinction is significant. ⸻ 🧭 The Bigger Shift Crypto regulation is gradually moving toward a function-based framework. Instead of labeling the entire asset class as securities, regulators are beginning to ask: What does the token actually do? Infrastructure tokens, data-layer tokens, and network utility assets are now being viewed through a different lens than traditional securities. If this shift continues, tokens that operate as infrastructure tools may be evaluated very differently from purely speculative assets. @binance @_RichardTeng #BinanceMonitoring #BinanceTag #JASMY #JCT #JANCTION_Global #Jasmy_Global #Jasmychain #DigitalIdentity #SEC #Web3Infrastructure #Compliance #JapanTech @HARA_JasmyCFO
