On one hand, there is talk of transparency, vision, a long-term ecosystem, and professionalism... On the other, verified profiles and official ambassadors are seen openly posting abusive replies. Is this the global standard? Is this the hallmark of true leadership? Is this the sign of a mature ecosystem? If a community member raises a question— • demanding proof of rewards, • advocating for transparency, • questioning the visibility of the core team, or • requesting evidence regarding promises made— then the response should be grounded in facts, not in abuse. And the most unfortunate part is this— When the ambassadors themselves engage in toxic behavior, the entire community inevitably follows suit. It is the behavior of the leadership that shapes the culture of the ecosystem. If the goal is to truly transform InterLink into a major global project, the very first step must be to instill professionalism. For in the world of crypto and Web3, trust and public conduct are just as crucial as the technology itself. People may forget roadmaps; they may overlook delays... But they never forget disrespect or abusive behavior.
