Look into near intents Quickly realize every privacy coin uses then. Understand near is the foundation for the entire privacy meta / run thus far. Equate that to buying picks n shovels during gold rush Also learn near has been heavily focused on AI for the last 4 years from a blockchain standpoint. See that they were the only crypto product / chain invited to the NVIDIA conference, not pay to participate. Personally invited by NVIDIA Realize their ai goals are achievable and thus, if AI is hot and privacy is hot then the coin that’s at the foundation of that makes sense. Yes there’s dilution but it’s all time high market cap given the current inflation of token supply still means $10 is ath fdv That is 3-4x upside here at current prices just to hit all time highs while they focus entirely on the two hottest narratives and many products / chains are already invested in && reliant on their tech stack. Grayscale's $NEAR trust trades 42% above the actual NEAR price. the trust isn't new - it's been live as a private placement since May 2024, on OTC since September 2025. what's new is that the premium widened 5 points in a single session. 42% above spot. for an asset on every major exchange. that's not how assets nobody wants behave. AUM went $790K to $1.3M in a month. small numbers but the curve is bending. oh, and Grayscale already filed to convert $GSNR to a spot $NEAR ETF on NYSE Arca. filing dropped in January. SEC decision around September. trust → premium → ETF. you've seen this movie. it was called GBTC. $NEAR mcap: ~$3B trust premium: 42% ETF filing: pending the trust is bidding harder than spot.

underrated thing about this cycle: most of the AI x crypto narrative depends on infrastructure that doesn't exist yet. $NEAR shipped it. confidential inference has been live in production since march. venice ai runs on it. bermuda's government runs on it. no waitlist, no testnet, no roadmap promise. circle integrated USDC with NEAR confidential intents two weeks ago. AI agents can transact in dollars without exposing counterparties or revenue streams onchain. agents don't operate on a single chain. chain signatures gives a NEAR account native control of BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, USDT across 40+ chains - no wrapped assets, no bridges. $18B+ settled this way. and any system built for the long run has to survive quantum without breaking accounts. post-quantum signing ships at the protocol level in june- keys rotate, accounts stay. these aren't roadmap items. they're in production. mcap suggests the market hasn't connected the dots yet.

$NEAR is still heavily undervalued and they keep delivering. We're in the phase where years of building is finally getting rewarded and being paid off within the token valuation. A lot of people have claimed that altcoins are dead, but that's the complete opposite. Strong teams have continued to be building during the previous bear market and the first signs are finally paying off. You're now able to send a confidential payment, and be fully private. That should be the standard and NEAR has now been able to deliver that towards the ecosystem. No wonder there's so much hype around the protocol and that's why I'm happily allocated into this position. If there's a case where the markets are going into a multi-week or perhaps multi-month upwards run for the altcoin markets (risk-on appetite), this could continue to run to $8-11 and test those highs again, similar to any of the previous cases in 2023/2024 where there was the slightest sign of some altcoin momentum.
