We have the highest level of debt in history and plus crazy leverage level. The system will force continue to de-lever itself as we can see many risk asset move in recent. Housing could be next big one with high supply, high debt lev and increasing interest rate altogether.

So at the end of Q2 the commodity drive world inflation more crazy again and now US inflation out of control which could lead to 75 basis hike of next meeting. Another sell off risk asset is coming then?

Economics can't grow w/o consumption(CONS). CONS won't happen w/o products & services. In blockchain world, we mostly talk tokenomics, chain spec, tx speed, etc. which aren't actual Prods or Serv at all. No Prod. No CONS, could have growth, but not sustain. Keep this in mind

Think about this. If 80 billion dollar stock would collapse in just 4 days, the traditional market would have vaporized. But look at what happen to BTC and ETH during LUNA collapse, it's mind blowing. LT bullish.

When commodity explode or due from supply constraints, inflation rise sharply. With too much tightening, it could lead into a sharp recession to negative inflation and hence another risk off period. Easing will come after eventually. Be patient.

I believe this is what call relief rally, not bottom out or bull run at all, considering there is still macro pressure up ahead. Or else, my view is wrong and market already price in all rate hike, QT, inflation under control, etc.

@LFG_org How are you gonna justify those are holding UST on CEX. It's still UST either on-chain or off-chain. And how to tell that which account s on CEX either small or big?

@Jeffey2021 @LFG_org Same boat here. I also have UST as collateral on Solend in Solana which now transfer to CEX as well. Wonder the same thing.

@LFG_org So, should UST holders that withdrew from Anchor to a CEX post depeg but resolved to not sell (cause it was so shitty and the peg was advertised to be back...😥) transfer back their funds to Terra station?

@ThorHartvigsen I currently hold UST on CEX which is combination of UST from Solana and UST from Anchor. Should I transfer all back and deposit in Anchor now?
