Če se vam zdi 3.000 eur bruto plača nizka, bi vam povedal sledeče. Da imate toliko plače, mora podjetje mesečno plačat cca 3.750 eur. Potem pa še 1400 eur regresa in 600 eur božičnice. Letno skupaj 47.000 eur. Potem če hočete izkoristit še 20 dni dopusta, je treba takrat vam plačat plačo in še nekomu, ki vas nadomešča. To je še ena plača 3.750 eur. Potem je pa slovenski delavec še 20 dni letno v povprečju na bolniški. Tudi takrat je treba vam plačat plačo in še tistemu, ki vas nadomešča. To je še ena plača 3.750 eur. Torej smo na 52.500 eur.
