I am giving you an example : 🤔 Been following crypto since 2017 First heard about Bitcoin during the 2017 bull run hype friends were talking about 'magic internet money' hitting $20k. I was skeptical AF, thought it was a scam lol. Finally dipped my toes in late 2020 during the DeFi summer craze. Bought my first BTC at ~$18k–$19k (felt expensive back then ), then went heavy into ETH, SOL (when it was sub-$2), and some alts in 2021. Rode the 2021 bull to the moon portfolio 10x–20x at peak. Then 2022 bear market wrecked me hard, but I HODLed through the pain. 2024–2025 was insane: BTC smashed $100k+, even touched $120k+ in late 2025. I thought we were in the supercycle forever... bought more at the top like a classic noob. Now March 2026? Sitting at ~$70k BTC, ETH ~$2.1k, SOL ~$88–$90. My portfolio is down 60–70% from 2025 highs. Alts are bleeding worse. Still here though – teaching, learning, building. Crypto's been my school for 8+ years now. Seen multiple cycles, multiple rugs, multiple 'ends of crypto'.
