They are engineers, but out of a pack of talents, I am willing to bet none of these guys are truly top 0.1% of engineering talent. Definitely very very high but... It is their engineering combined with a number of other more complex traits that make them exceptional in that they can build/lead companies at the scale they do. Being able to see opportunities well past the horizon, convince others to join you to capitalize on it, convince money to invest in this journey, build an ever larger ship to be able to do something once you are at that destination, navigate waters that get more and more bloody as the destination closes in on you and those with poor perception, but lots of resources, re-chart courses to beat you to the place you saw first.

@smilessmileyy @io_ernest The issue is that they can be paid more for outlier. For me, I use percentage. Acct Owner 50%, Me 25% Tasker 25%. For my own personal acct I send 50% and take 50%
