@ChamberofFit Well i do few warmup sets and then 1 heavy drop set beyond failure, then other exercise, 1-2warm up and blast it. Finish workout in 30-40min(excluded stretching) I notice significant increase in mass and strength. However need a week rest sometimes even more

@Crypto_Darek All about doing the right amount of volume. If you’re hammering 4 sets to failure per exercise (a ton of junk volume), then yes you’re going to need more time to recover.
