@LittleAlphaPup I would offer the idea that hurting/not having healed doesn't mean that you can't share something genuine. On the contrary, connecting over hurt or sadness is one of the most authentic experiences there can be.
I would concede though that it is a lot more vulnerable to do so.

It’s part of why I haven’t been making mental health content recently. Because that sort of thing needs to come from a genuine heart, or people will sense the manufactured feeling it has.
