Much of the market is still undervaluing what XRP could become. Most people see XRP as just a tool for cross border payments. They treat it like a digital asset made to move money faster from one place to another. But I think there is a lot more to it than that. Because XRP is not only about making payments faster. It is trying to become part of the infrastructure that moves value through the financial system. And that matters because the current system still has major inefficiencies. Cross border transfers are slow and expensive. Settlement between institutions still takes time. Liquidity remains spread across different systems. Large capital flows still move through infrastructure that is outdated and costly. Money has gone digital, but the systems behind it have not improved at the same pace. This is the area XRP is trying to improve. The idea is to make value move faster, at lower cost and with less friction between institutions. And this reaches far beyond payments. It connects to institutional liquidity, cross border transfers, real time settlement, stablecoin flows, tokenized assets and future CBDC systems. Each of these areas matters on its own. But they all come back to the same thing: moving value efficiently. That is where the bigger opportunity may be. The financial system that is taking shape will likely rely on connected liquidity networks rather than isolated systems. If that happens, the infrastructure that moves value could become just as important as the assets used to store it. That is why I think XRP could end up playing a bigger role than many people expect. Seeing XRP as just another token misses that part of the picture. Because what may gain value here is not only the asset itself, but the role it could have inside future financial infrastructure. I do not think the market fully values that yet. Most people focus on price and pay less attention to the infrastructure behind it. But in finance, long term value is often created at the infrastructure level. Settlement layers, payment rails and liquidity networks usually get overlooked early. Then as adoption grows, the value of that infrastructure becomes easier to recognize. That is where XRP may start being viewed differently. This becomes even more important if regulation improves and institutional adoption keeps expanding. At some point the market may begin to look at XRP differently, not just as a speculative asset but as infrastructure with long term utility. If that happens, today’s valuation may look very different later. This is how I see it: Bitcoin is viewed as a store of value. XRP is trying to become part of the system that moves value. One is built to hold value. The other is built to move value. And the next stage of finance may need both. That is why I think XRP should be judged not only by where the price is now, but by the role it may have in the future structure of finance. That may still be one of the most overlooked parts of the XRP story. 📌These are just my personal opinions, not financial advice.

Crypto is going through a fracture most people are not seeing right now. Not in prices. In the narrative itself. Over the last 30 days, more than $600M has been drained through hacks. 20+ separate attacks and most of the targets were DeFi. This is not just a security problem. It is a gap between what the system promised and what is actually happening. For years we were told: - Trustless systems - Permissionless finance - Code is everything And yes, all of that is technically true. But something was missing: people. Because finance is not only technology, it is built on trust. And what we are seeing now is this: When you remove trust from the system, risk does not disappear. It just becomes invisible. In the past, you knew who you trusted. There was a bank, an institution, a responsible party. Now there is a contract, a piece of code and a possibility. If there is no bug, the system is perfect. But if there is one, there is nothing. No reversal, no accountability, no compensation. Just a transaction and then silence. That is why people are not coming back, they are pulling away. Moving to CEXs is not a preference, it is a reflex. Because even if no one takes responsibility, at least someone exists. The real problem in DeFi is not hacks. It is outsourcing trust. To code, to developers and to bugs that have not been found yet. And this is not sustainable. Because in the real world, no financial system survives on the idea that “it works if there are no mistakes” Maybe the real question is this: Is this system actually a new financial model or just a structure that has not yet learned how to survive?
