Patch 26.10 Preview! Arena - We're really excited that Patch 26.10 will be 6 teams of 3!! - We're really excited to see how y'all like this Patch 26.9 - There's been a lot of cool and fun things coming out of 26.9 social media 😅 - We've seen AP Statikk Shiv Xin Zhaos, people claiming 36% Winrate AP Ezreal is busted, people having a good time trying to figure out who Deathfire Touch is on... - And also people trying to make some of the alt builds work, but alas they may just be too weak... Systems Changes - Probably the biggest chatter on the patch are Deathfire and Gluttonous Greaves - Deathfire is looking a little too strong, especially in the laning case, but the audience it's landed on has been great in giving some of these champs a keystone they're actually happy with - After the micropatch nerfs, the power level is in a much more reasonable spot, so just a small adjustment here - Gluttonous Greaves has picked up a nice new user base, especially Fighters and AD Assassins who might not have another offensive boot option (outside of Lucidity) - We think the boots are too strong, both in non-mid roles and in mid with the boot upgrade - So far Stormraider's has landed a bit weak, so we're giving it a bit of a tap up - One of our goals with the Dusk and Dawn changes was to help differentiate it a bit from Lich Bane - We think we can give Lich Bane a bit of an upwards adjustment to further differentiate - Will talk about champions tomorrow Apex Ranked (reset regions) - We're going to let Apex MMR's settle for another patch before re-evaluating whether or not duo should be re-enabled - Have investigated several of the "Emeralds in Masters lobbies" cases, they have so far fallen into: 1. A player who didn't play much prior to the reset, so they are still starting from Emerald (as if they were playing in the early days of 2026) 2. A person who is climbing a fresh account and has a really high winrate (and close to Masters); though a reminder that this is not faster to climb than playing on your main 3. An Emerald (or multiple) duoing with another Emerald or Diamond player (especially Diamond player with a high MMR) - So far, I haven't seen anything broken about these games; they are typically fair both MMR and LP wise, even if visual ranks look a bit off

@RiotPhroxzon Please never enable duo in apex ranks. its a lot more fair now and very enjoyable currently.

ok so where does riot draw the line at rank manipulation/hitchhiking/boosting? going from 11lp master to 1.6k lp chall peak is an incredible feat but w the state yuumi is in, post rework + nerfs I doubt that it’s actually possible to improve/climb that fast in a single split without any of the above no matter how good ur yuumi is. (It’s legit in prison to not be pick/ban in pro play, she’s okay but not strong enough to get u that far 🫩) also reverting the punishment and letting them get away with it just affects riots credibility no? not everyone has the luck to get their ticket answered and let alone call a rioter about an “undeserved” ban + not punishing them just muds the water even more, I’ve seen people get their accounts banned for hitchhiking way less than 1.6k lp not sending any hate just very curious about how this situation is unfolding @drewlevin @RiotPhroxzon

Wanted to clarify a few things for the upcoming Apex Reset in NA, EUW, EUNE, TR, LAN, BR (other regions didn't experience enough instability to meaningfully affect competitive integrity) 1. There will be no advantage to rolling a fresh account or a smurf vs playing on your existing account, so please play on your existing account 2. After the reset, the intent is that there will be no accounts with an LP or MMR higher than Master 0LP 3. We are planning to disallow Apex+ duoing for at least the first patch to allow MMR's to settle a bit Thanks for all your patience and hope that we can make Season 2 climbs a great experience

D66 wil meer grip op migratie. Maar strafbaarstelling van iedereen die zonder papieren in Nederland is, past daar niet bij. Daar zijn we altijd helder over geweest. Dat we nu zonder de wet van Faber zitten, komt door politiek theater van Wilders. Jarenlang roepen dat het strenger moet, maar zodra het erop aankomt het eigen plan onderuit halen. Wij kiezen voor wat wél werkt: het tweestatusstelsel, Europese afspraken voor meer grip op migratie en daarnaast met nationale maatregelen controle op de instroom. Zo blijven we stap voor stap werken aan oplossingen die Nederland vooruit helpen.

@AapNootMies7 @FRRichard70 We staan 2e omdat we de eerste paar potten goed gedaan hebben, de laatste maanden sinds de mokerslag van psv hebben we geen punten gepakt. Feit is gewoon dat robin allang eruit gezet had moeten worden.

@FRRichard70 Uitspraak we staan 2e is gewoon een feit. Dat betekent dat iedereen die daar onder staat het slechter doet. Het gaat immers over een heel seizoen. Dat we die 2e plaats mogelijk gaan verliezen is een ander punt maar tot zover zijn we na PSV gewoon de beste.

Uitspraak we staan 2e is zo dom. We presteren nu rond plaats 5/7. Chirurg; oh ik heb vorig jaar 20 goede open hart operaties gedaan, dus wat maakt het uit dat er nu 4 van de 5 fout zijn gegaan. In water met een gemiddelde diepte van 100 cm kun bij de 350 cm ook verdrinken.
