Good question- I would say it's more probable on ETH than on BTC, the psychology just does not support it, when you have 2022 fractals, and October calls hanging in the air but also a big chunk flipping bullish then you would look for the "break" in the hopes of those that became bullish and for reinforcement of the bear outcome to catch the most people. This is exactly what would happen if we reject, bears will become very loud and they will call for a deviation as soon as they see weakness basically "all in" on a broken "thesis", as price is already waning and getting exhausted, they are already starting to be loud again. If you look at the level where BTC is struggling and the confluence with exhaustion and trends then the higher outcome still remains bull div above a clean breakout without- however if it does break the trend they you can expect exactly that outcome with a higher low coming in
